Purpose of Allocation. This ALLOCATION is made to SPONSOR through the ACRGP for the purpose of preventing, preparing for, and responding to the COVID-19 pandemic in the manner set forth herein. This AGREEMENT covers the obligations of the DEPARTMENT and the SPONSOR in connection with the CRRSA Act funds to the DEPARTMENT for operating assistance for federally obligated airports and the terms and conditions of this ALLOCATION. The SPONSOR shall use the ALLOCATION provided by the DEPARTMENT exclusively for the operation of SPONSOR’S publicly-owned public-use airport service. The ALLOCATION made pursuant to this AGREEMENT is in addition to any FAA funds that previously have been provided to the SPONSOR by the DEPARTMENT for Fiscal Years 2020 and 2021.
Purpose of Allocation. This ALLOCATION is made to SPONSOR for the purpose of maintaining safe and efficient airport operations and as an offset of a decline in revenues arising from diminished airport operations and activities as a result of COVID-19. This AGREEMENT covers the obligations of the DEPARTMENT and the SPONSOR in connection with the CARES Act funds to the DEPARTMENT for operating assistance for federally obligated airports, the terms and conditions of said funding as agreed to in the CARES Act Assurances and made a part of this AGREEMENT as fully set out herein. The SPONSOR shall use the ALLOCATION provided by the DEPARTMENT exclusively for the operation of SPONSOR’S publicly-owned public-use airport service. The ALLOCATION made pursuant to this AGREEMENT is in addition to any FAA funds that previously have been provided to the SPONSOR by the DEPARTMENT for Fiscal Year 2020.
Purpose of Allocation. The specific purpose of this allocation is to provide partial funding to cover the costs related to the operation of the Shelter by Operator.
