PURPOSE AND INTENT The general purpose of this Agreement is to set forth terms and conditions of employment, and to promote orderly and peaceful labor relations for the mutual interest of the Company, the employees and the Union. The parties agree that whenever masculine nouns or pronouns are used in the Agreement, such references are intended to be gender neutral. The parties recognize that the success of the Company and the job security of the employees depends upon the Company's success in building a quality product and its ability to sell such product. To these ends the Company and the Union encourage to the fullest degree friendly and cooperative relations between their respective representatives at all levels and among all employees. RECOGNITION
Correlation and Intent It is the intention of the Owner, Design Professional, and Contractor that the Construction Documents include all items necessary for proper execution and full and final completion of the Work. The Contract and Construction Documents (the Contract Documents) are complementary, and what is required by one is as binding as if required by all. Performance by the Contractor is required to the extent consistent with and reasonably inferable from the Contract Documents as being necessary to produce the design intent as expressed in the Contract Documents. The intention of the Owner and the Design Professional is that the Contract and Construction Documents include all labor and materials, equipment, and transportation necessary for the proper execution of the work. It is not intended, however, that materials or work not covered by or properly inferable from any heading, branch, class, or trade of the specifications shall be supplied unless noted on the drawings.
PURPOSE AND SCOPE OF AGREEMENT 1.01 The purpose of this Agreement is to maintain harmonious and mutually beneficial relationships between the Employer, the Union and the employees and to set forth herein certain terms and conditions of employment upon which agreement has been reached through collective bargaining.

Where the effect of a requirement of the Federal Securities Acts reflected in any provision of this Agreement is revised by rule or regulation of the Securities and Exchange Commission, such provisions shall be deemed to incorporate the effect of such rule or regulation.
Entirety of Agreement This Agreement represents the entire and integrated agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior negotiations, representations, and agreements, whether written or oral.
