Common use of Purchasing as Principal Clause in Contracts

Purchasing as Principal. Seller is purchasing all the Shares and Warrants hereunder as principal (as defined under all applicable "Securities Laws" which is defined as, collectively, the applicable securities laws of the Province of British Columbia and regulations and rules made and forms prescribed thereunder together with all applicable published policy statements, blanket orders, rulings, instruments and notices of the British Columbia Securities Commission) for his own account, and not for the benefit of any other person.
