Purchases for Resale. In the event that the Company and Representative agree that Representative shall purchase quantities of the Company's Products for resale, any such purchases shall be at such prices and upon such other terms and conditions of sale as are determined by the Company from time to time, at its sole discretion. The Company shall have the right to cease selling the Company Products to Representative at any time.
