Purchases for Resale. If Customer purchases Services on behalf, or for the use of, anyone other than Customer or an Affiliate of Customer (including employees or contractors of Customer or an Affiliate of Customer), then Customer agrees that such purchases will be governed by the terms of the Master Reseller Agreement, available at xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/master_reseller_agreement (as updated from time to time), which terms are incorporated herein by reference. For purposes of this Agreement, “Affiliate” means any entity that directly or indirectly controls, is controlled by, or is under common control with a party to this Agreement.

All Products purchased by Distributor shall be purchased solely for commercial resale, excepting those Products reasonably required by Distributor for advertising and demonstration purposes. From time to time the Supplier will assist the Distributor in Marketing of products and Brands. This assistance shall be in the form of free product when launching new products into the Distributor’s territory.

Purchases for Resale. All Products purchased by Sole Agent shall be purchased solely for commercial resale to, or use by, retail facilities owned or franchised by Sole Agent, excepting those Products reasonably required by Sole Agent for advertising and demonstration purposes.
