Purchases and Payments. 1.1 Customer may place an order (each, a "Purchase Order") with a Xxxxxxx Capital representative (each, a "Xxxxxxx Capital Representative") by telephone for the purchase, sale and delivery of Products which shall have the same effect as if the Purchase Order was made in writing. Customer's Purchase Order will be confirmed during a recorded confirmation with a Xxxxxxx Capital Representative to ensure the details of the Purchase Order are correct and will include the price, quantity, method of payment and delivery and other material terms of the Purchase Order. Purchase Orders for bullion cannot be accepted prior to Rosland’s receipt of good funds, and after receipt of such funds the final terms of the Purchase Order will be confirmed during a recorded confirmation with a Xxxxxxx Capital Representative.

Price and availability of any product or service offered through FHP websites are subject to change without notice, and FHP shall not be responsible for errors in the prices or descriptions of such products or services. Refunds and exchanges will be subject to FHP's terms of sale, and/or refund and exchange policies then in effect. You agree to pay all charges that may be incurred by you or on your behalf through Forever Healthy websites, at the price(s) in effect when such charges are incurred, including without limitation all shipping and handling charges. In addition, you remain responsible for any taxes that may be applicable to your transactions.

Purchases and Payments. All payments on the Site will be made via our M-Pesa Till number, M-Pesa Paybill number, bank deposits or electronic funds transfers to our authorized bank accounts. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all the purchases made via the Site. You further agree to promptly update account and payment information, including email address and phone number details so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. Taxes will be included in the price of purchases as deemed required by us. We may change prices at any time. All payments shall be in Kenya shillings. You agree to pay all charges at the prices then in effect for your purchases and any applicable taxes and you authorize us to charge your inputted mobile or telephone number for any such amounts upon placing your order. We reserve the right to correct any errors or mistakes in pricing even if we have already requested or received payment. We reserve the right to refuse any order placed through the Site. We may, in our sole discretion, reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors. REFUNDS POLICY All sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

You represent and warrant that you have the legal right to use all payment method(s) represented by any such Payment Information, whether you provide it in the course of a Transaction or in connection with your Account. All sales are final. In the event of any problem with a Transaction, we reserve the right, but are not obligated, to revise your order to correct any error, to issue you a refund or credit, or to cancel your order and issue you a refund or credit.
