Purchaser’s Submission. Artist is not obligated to perform any services hereunder unless and until (i) Purchaser has provided all information and reference materials necessary to fulfill Purchaser’s request (the “Purchaser Materials”), as determined in Artist’s sole discretion, and (ii) Artist has received an agreed-upon deposit amount as provided for in subsection (b), infra. For Works encompassing drum tracking, Purchaser Materials must not contain any pre-recorded drum tracks unless such is provided in isolated recordings separate from the remaining reference materials.
