Common use of PURCHASER's Responsibilities Clause in Contracts

PURCHASER's Responsibilities. a) Whenever the supply of goods and related services requires that the Supplier/ Selected Bidder obtain permits, approvals, and import and other licenses from local public authorities, the Purchaser shall, if so required by the Supplier/ Selected Bidder, make its best effort to assist the Supplier/ Selected Bidder in complying with such requirements in a timely and expeditious manner. b) The Purchaser shall pay all costs involved in the performance of its responsibilities, in accordance with the general and special conditions of the contract.
