Common use of Purchasers’ Reliance Clause in Contracts

Purchasers’ Reliance. Seller acknowledges that the Administrative Agent and the Purchasers are entering into the transactions contemplated by this Agreement in reliance upon Seller’s identity as a legal entity that is separate from the Norwegian Company, each of the Originators, the Performance Guarantor and their respective other Affiliates (collectively, the “RPM Group”).
