Purchaser Registration as a Secondary Metals Recycler. Following the execution of this Agreement, the Purchaser and its applicable officers and directors shall take all steps necessary for the Purchaser to submit a Registration Application for Secondhand Dealers and Secondary Metal Recyclers on Form DR-1S) to apply for registration of the Surviving Corporation as an approved Secondary Metals Recycler under Section 538.25 of the Florida Statutes.
