PURCHASE OF GOODS. To the extent that this Agreement involves any purchase of goods by the Innovator using UNDP funds, whether in whole or in part, the Innovator shall exercise the same duty of care in purchasing the goods as if the funds were the Innovator’s own, and giving consideration to the following principles of UNDP procurement:
