Common use of Purchase Documents Clause in Contracts

Purchase Documents. Borrower shall (a) enforce all of its material rights under the Purchase Documents to the extent a failure to do so could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the Loan and (b) not, without the prior written consent of Administrative Agent, modify, change, supplement, alter or amend, or waive or release any of its rights and remedies under, the Purchase Documents, in each case, in any material respect that could reasonably be expected to materially and adversely affect the Loan and/or the Lenders. For the avoidance of doubt, promptly after the execution thereof, Borrower shall provide Administrative Agent a correct and complete copy of any amendment of the Purchase Documents.
