PUNCH LIST DEFICIENCIES. If the Contractor fails to perform or cause to be performed all items of work identified on the Punch List by the date(s) agreed upon, the Government may, after giving written notice to the Contractor, perform such work or contract out for such work and deduct the reasonable costs thereof from the Government’s required payments with respect to the work element associated therewith.
