Publishing Company definition

Publishing Company means a company duly established under the laws of the Territory that has duly obtained all necessary licenses or approvals from the relevant Chinese government authorities (including those required under the Regulations on Publication Control promulgated by the PRC State Council) that are necessary for its publication and distribution of books, CDs and other publishing media and distribute them to end users located throughout the Territory, in each case to the satisfaction of NCsoft and Sina.

If the Michigan economic development corporation is unable for any reason to perform its duties under this act, those duties may be exercised by the Michigan strategic fund.
