Common use of Publicity Clause in Contracts

Publicity. Neither party will make or issue any formal or informal announcement or statement to the press or any third party in connection with this Agreement without the prior written consent of the other Party.

Publicity. Neither party will shall make a press release, advertisement, public statement or issue any formal or informal announcement or statement disclosure to the press or any third party in connection with concerning the existence of this Agreement or its contents without the prior express written consent of the other Partyparty not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed.

Neither party will make or issue any formal press release or informal other public announcement or statement relating to the press this Agreement or any third party in connection with this Agreement activities related thereto without the prior written consent of the other Partyparty, except where such announcements are required by law or regulation, in which the event the parties will use all reasonable efforts to consult with each other and cooperate with respect to the wording of any such announcement.
