PUBLICITY RELEASES. All publicity releases or releases of reports, papers, articles, maps, or other documents in any way concerning this Contract or the Services hereunder which the Contractor or any of its Subcontractors desires to make for the purposes of publication in whole or in part, shall be subject to approval by the Authority prior to release.

PUBLICITY RELEASES. All such publicity releases and materials must be sent to DCF Office of Communications for review, via the grant program manager, at least one week in advance of publication. No unauthorized use of the DCF logo is allowed. No unauthorized statements, comments, social media or the like identifying DCF will be allowed. Any statements, comments, social media or the like identifying DCF must be approved by DCF Office of Communications.
PUBLICITY RELEASES. All publicity releases or releases of reports, papers, articles, maps or other documents in any way connected with this Agreement which RPTA desires to make, shall be subject to Tempe’s prior approval. RPTA shall promptly notify Tempe of all enquiries it receives from the media or other jurisdictions regarding the performance of the work under the Agreement.

PUBLICITY RELEASES. 13.1 No news releases, advertising or promotional releases that mention GTI, relating to this Agreement or the Scope of Work hereunder, shall be issued by SUB-AWARDEE without the prior written approval of GTI’s Contract Services Representative. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld. Any inquiry SUB-AWARDEE receives from news media concerning this Agreement must be referred to the GTI Technical Representative for coordination prior to response.
