Publicity and Public Relations. 16.1. The Parties shall co-operate and consult with each other in respect of any matter involving public relations in so far as reasonably practicable having regard to the nature and urgency of the issue involved. The Parties acting through Advisory Board and the Joint Committee may agree protocols for the handling of public relations from time to time.

Owner will not issue any press release or other publicity in which the name of Manager is mentioned without first obtaining Manager’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld. Manager will not use the name of Owner or any Mortgagee in connection with any press release, publicity or other announcement without the prior consent of Owner.
Publicity and Public Relations. DKP and RG shall fully cooperate and assists in the advertising, publicity and promotion of the Bout, including appearing at such reasonable number of live and telephone press conference, interviews and other promotional activities as LLE may reasonably designate, provided that such promotional activities do not unreasonably interfere with RG’s training schedule.

Publicity and Public Relations. Any inquiries received by the PM from the press or members of the public shall be referred to the Capital Assets Manager. The PM shall have no authority to act as spokesperson for the City of Xxxxxxxx or the User Agency to members of the press or public with respect to any Project or to the City of Lawrence’s relations with any person or governmental or non-governmental entity. The Agency relationship set forth at Section 4.2 herein shall not extend to communications between the PM and the public at large.

Resort Owner will not issue any press release or other publicity in which the name of Manager is mentioned without first obtaining Manager’s approval, which shall not be unreasonably withheld, conditioned or delayed. Manager will not use the name of Resort Owner, Holdings, Starwood Capital Group or any of their respective investors, partners, executives or employees in connection with any press release, publicity or other announcement without Resort Owner’s Approval.
