Common use of Publicity and Disclosure Clause in Contracts

Publicity and Disclosure. Subject to limitations placed upon Willxxxx, Xxtrogas and the Company by any applicable securities laws, the timing and content of any announcements, press releases and public statements concerning the transactions contemplated herein will be by mutual agreement of the Shareholders and the Shareholders hereby agree, to the extent reasonable, to keep the terms of this Agreement, the CIPA, the Technical Services Agreement and any other agreements contemplated hereby confidential.
