Publication Format. Publisher and Author mutually agree on the Work’s retail price and format. The retail price should follow generally accepted publishing industry guidelines.

Publication Format. The Publisher shall have full discretion as to price, production, appearance and format of the Work. The Author acknowledges and agrees that print files created by the Publisher remain the creative work and sole property of the Publisher. Upon termination of this agreement, the Publisher, at its sole discretion, may permit Author or Author's assignees or agents to purchase said print files, with the exception of ISBN data and bar codes, at a mutually agreed upon price. If the Publisher ceases operation during the term of this Agreement, the Publisher will furnish the Author or the Author's assignees or agents with the print files to the Work at no charge to the Author.
Publication Format. BOOKTANGO will publish the WORK in e-book and/or audiobook format and will follow AUTHOR’s suggestions for the interior and cover design of the WORK where practicable, provided AUTHOR complies with BOOKTANGO’s interior and cover design guidelines. In all other respects BOOKTANGO will determine the details of publication and will retain final discretion over style and formatting of the WORK and its cover. BOOKTANGO also reserves the right to introduce additional e-book and/or audiobook versions of the WORK. BOOKTANGO has the exclusive right to determine whether or not to utilize digital rights management (DRM) technology. AUTHOR acknowledges that AUTHOR may not utilize the formatted WORK, International Standard Book Number (ISBN), and cover with any other person or entity other than BOOKTANGO at any time during or after the term of this Agreement.

  • Publication No copies of sketches, schedules, written documents, computer based data, photographs, maps or graphs, including graphic art Work, resulting from performance or prepared in connection with this Contract, are to be released by Contractor and/or anyone acting under the supervision of Contractor to any person, partnership, company, corporation, or agency, without prior written approval by the County, except as necessary for the performance of the services of this Contract. All press contacts, including graphic display information to be published in newspapers, magazines, etc., are to be administered only after County approval.

  • Publication Notice Similarly, the Settlement Administrator will cause the Publication Notice to be published in accordance with the Media Plan attached as part of Exhibit B.   • Plan Brochure The Hospital will pay 75% of the billed premium towards coverage of eligible employees under the long-term disability portion of the Plan (HOODIP or an equivalent plan as described in the August, 1992 booklet (Part B)), the employee paying the balance of the billed premium through payroll deduction. For the purpose of transfer to the short- term portion of the disability program, employees on the payroll as of the effective date of the transfer with three (3) months or more of service shall be deemed to have three (3) months of service. For the purpose of transfer to the long- term portion of the disability program, employees on the active payroll as of the effective date of the transfer with one (1) year or more of service shall be deemed to have one (1) year of service.
