Public Water System. For the purposes of this LIP, a Public Water System is any publicly or privately owned water system that supplies potable water to the public having an instantaneous withdrawal capacity of one million gallons per day or more, and withdraws from storage in the projectsreservoirs.
Public Water System a. All water features shall be installed to the finish grade and installed per the CITY’s Development Handbook. The Utility will conduct a final inspection; as- builts must be submitted and approved and final easements recorded for the return of that portion of the surety instrument.

  • System Logging The system must maintain an automated audit trail which can identify the user or system process which initiates a request for DHCS PHI or PI, or which alters DHCS PHI or PI. The audit trail must be date and time stamped, must log both successful and failed accesses, must be read only, and must be restricted to authorized users. If DHCS PHI or PI is stored in a database, database logging functionality must be enabled. Audit trail data must be archived for at least 3 years after occurrence.
