Common use of Public Statement Clause in Contracts

Public Statement. Employee further agrees not to make derogatory ---------------- or negative remarks or comments about the Company, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents or employees, to any third parties, and not to otherwise defame the Company in any manner. In the event that Employee defames the Company, its affiliates and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, agents or employees, Employee understands that the Company shall have the right to pursue all appropriate legal relief, including but not limited to, attorneys fees and costs, and reimbursement of all monies paid hereunder.
