PUBLIC RELEASE REQUIREMENT. The Local Government agrees to include, when issuing statements, press releases, requests for proposals, bid solicitations, groundbreaking or project dedication program documents and other documents describing projects or programs funded in whole or in part with Federal money, (1) the percentage of the total costs of the program or project which will be financed with Federal money, (2) the dollar amount of Federal funds for the project or program, and (3) percentage and dollar amount of the total costs of the project or program that will be financed by non-governmental sources.

  • Release Requirement Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, except as otherwise determined by the Company, in order for the Grantee to receive Shares pursuant to the settlement of Vested RSUs under Section 6(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) above, the Grantee (or the representative of his or her estate) must execute and deliver to the Company a general release and waiver of claims against the Company, its Subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders and other affiliates in a form that is satisfactory to the Company (the “Release”). The Release must become effective and irrevocable under applicable law no later than 60 days following the date of the Grantee’s death, termination of employment or transfer of position, as applicable.

  • W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.

  • DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:

  • Reporting Requirement (1) In the event the Contractor identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services used as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, during contract performance, or the Contractor is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, the Contractor shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause to the Contracting Officer, unless elsewhere in this contract are established procedures for reporting the information; in the case of the Department of Defense, the Contractor shall report to the website at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx.
