Release Requirement Notwithstanding any provision herein to the contrary, except as otherwise determined by the Company, in order for the Grantee to receive Shares pursuant to the settlement of Vested RSUs under Section 6(a), (b), (c), (d) or (e) above, the Grantee (or the representative of his or her estate) must execute and deliver to the Company a general release and waiver of claims against the Company, its Subsidiaries and their directors, officers, employees, shareholders and other affiliates in a form that is satisfactory to the Company (the “Release”). The Release must become effective and irrevocable under applicable law no later than 60 days following the date of the Grantee’s death, termination of employment or transfer of position, as applicable.
W-9 Requirement Alongside a signed copy of this Agreement, Grantee will provide Florida Housing with a properly completed Internal Revenue Service (“IRS”) Form W-9. The purpose of the W-9 form is to document the SS# or FEIN# per the IRS. Note: W-9s submitted for any other entity name other than the Grantee’s will not be accepted.
Age Requirement The employee must have reached the age of fifty-five (55) before reduction in workload.
Disclosure Requirement In connection with an Assumption of an assumable Mortgage Loan, the Servicer shall make all disclosures required by applicable law.

The Career Education requirement for this Contract is 0 hours. Failure to achieve these requirements may result in the application of some or all of the sanctions set forth in Administrative Policy 3.10, which is hereby incorporated by reference.

DRUG-FREE WORKPLACE REQUIREMENTS Contractor will comply with the requirements of the Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1990 and will provide a drug-free workplace by taking the following actions:
Reporting Requirement (1) In the event the Contractor identifies covered telecommunications equipment or services used as a substantial or essential component of any system, or as critical technology as part of any system, during contract performance, or the Contractor is notified of such by a subcontractor at any tier or by any other source, the Contractor shall report the information in paragraph (d)(2) of this clause to the Contracting Officer, unless elsewhere in this contract are established procedures for reporting the information; in the case of the Department of Defense, the Contractor shall report to the website at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxx.xxx.
