Public Relations Activities. The Construction Manager shall assist the District in all public relations including, but not limited to, preparation of Project information and attending internal and public meetings as required, including site meetings. The Construction Manager shall be the point of contact for the entire community during all phases of construction in regards to any complaints, questions, safety issues, noise problems, dust problems, etc.

Public Relations Activities. Facility Owner will work cooperatively with BEF to support public awareness and promotion of the PV Systems including press releases, press events, case studies, web identification, and other opportunities to highlight and promote the Project. Facility Owner will credit the contributions of BEF in any promotional materials it may develop during the Facility Owner Obligation Period. BEF and Facility Owner will jointly approve in advance any promotional activities associated with the Project, including but not limited to, media events and the preparation of joint press releases.

Related to Public Relations Activities

  • Religious Activities The Subrecipient agrees that funds provided under this Agreement will not be utilized for inherently religious activities prohibited by 24 CFR 570.200(j), such as worship, religious instruction, or proselytization.

  • Outside Activities Subject to the Articles of Incorporation and any agreements entered into by the General Partner or its Affiliates with the Partnership or a Subsidiary, any officer, director, employee, agent, trustee, Affiliate or stockholder of the General Partner shall be entitled to and may have business interests and engage in business activities in addition to those relating to the Partnership, including business interests and activities substantially similar or identical to those of the Partnership. Neither the Partnership nor any of the Limited Partners shall have any rights by virtue of this Agreement in any such business ventures, interest or activities. Within budget constraints, such costs of attendance shall be paid by the Board.
