Public Power Feasibility Study. SDG&E will be cooperative and responsive to commercially-reasonable requests for information or for coordination from the City and its consultants to allow the City to further its analysis on Phase II of the Public Power Feasibility Study. Upon request by SDG&E, City will facilitate timely meetings or other direct consultation between SDG&E and the City’s consultants retained to conduct a Public Power Feasibility Study. To be helpful, any such meetings or direct consultation should allow reasonable time for the City’s consultants to utilize such discussions or information obtained in their analysis.
