The Florida Recreational Development Assistance Program entered an agreement with the City of Stuart on SeptemberSeptember 7, 2001 for the development of Flagler Park Pursuant to the terms of the grant agreement, the land described in the grant will remain in compliance with the Florida Administrative Code 62D-5.059 and therefore land which is developed with FRDAP funds shall be dedicated in perpetuity as an outdoor recreational site for the use and benefit of the general public.
