  • Public Liability and Property Damage Insurance A. During the term of this Agreement, Contractor shall at all times maintain, at its expense, the following coverages and requirements. The comprehensive general liability insurance shall include broad form property damage insurance.

  • Public Liability Insurance which will provide indemnity against the insured parties legal liability in the event of accidental death of or injury to third party persons and/or accidental loss of or damage to third party property arising directly from the execution of the contract with a limit of indemnity of R 100 million in respect of all claims arising from any one occurrence or series of occurrences consequent on or attributable to one source or original cause. The policy will be subject to a Deductible of R25 000 for Property Damage claims only but R250 000 where Loss or Damage involves Aircraft.

  • General Liability and Automobile Liability Coverages a. City, its officers, agents, employees, and volunteers are to be included as insureds as respects damages and defense arising from: activities performed by or on behalf of Contractor, including the insured's general supervision of Contractor; products and completed operations of Contractor; premises owned, occupied, or used by Contractor; or automobiles owned, leased, hired, or borrowed by the Contractor. The coverage shall contain no special limitations on the scope of protection afforded to City, its officers, employees, or volunteers.

  • Specific Limitations No Member shall have the right or power to: (a) withdraw or reduce such Member’s Capital Contribution except as a result of the dissolution of the Company or as otherwise provided by law or in this Agreement; (b) make voluntary Capital Contributions or to contribute any property to the Company other than cash; (c) bring an action for partition against the Company or any Company assets; (d) cause the termination and dissolution of the Company, except as set forth in this Agreement; or (e) upon the Distribution of its Capital Contribution require that property other than cash be distributed in return for its Capital Contribution.
