public liability; and property damage including the exposure of personal injury, bodily injury, property damage occurrence, owner's protective coverage and contractual obligations coverage, in such reasonable amounts and with such reasonable deductions as would be carried by a prudent owner of a similar building, having regard to the size, age and location of the Building; and;
public liability; and property damage insurance with respect to the Premises insuring Lessee and Lessor against personal injury or death and property damage in amounts (i) not less than five hundred thousand dollars ($500,000) for injury or death to any one person in any one accident or occurrence, (ii) not less than one million dollars ($1,000,000) for injury or death to more than one person in any accident or occurrence, and (iii) not less than two hundred thousand dollars ($200,000) per occurrence for damage to property. The amount of such public liability insurance shall be increased from time to time as Lessor may reasonably determine. All such bodily injury and property damage insurance shall specifically insure the performance by Lessee of the indemnity agreement as to personal injury or property damage contained in Paragraph 7.
