Common use of Public Infrastructure Financing Clause in Contracts

Public Infrastructure Financing. The City will use reasonable efforts to adopt one or more Public Infrastructure Districts to pay for the Public Infrastructure. Master Developer’s obligation to construct the Public Infrastructure within the Project shall not be negated or become invalid as a result of insufficient financing through such Public Infrastructure Districts.
