Common use of Public Education Clause in Contracts

Public Education. Within three years of the effective date of the New License, Chelan PUD shall develop and implement an interpretive plan and educational program, as described in section 3.4 of Chapter 10 of the Comprehensive Plan.

Public Education. Within three five years of the effective date of the New License, Chelan PUD shall develop and implement an interpretive plan and educational programprogram during the term of the New License and any subsequent annual licenses, as described in section 3.4 Section 5.6 of Chapter 10 8 of the Comprehensive Plan.

Public Education. Within three five years of the effective date of the New License, Chelan PUD shall develop and implement an interpretive plan and educational programprogram at a cost not to exceed $1,000 per year during the term of the New License and any subsequent annual licenses, as described in section 3.4 5.6 of Chapter 10 8 of the Comprehensive Plan.
