Common use of Public Communications Clause in Contracts

Public Communications. Prior to the Closing Date, the Company will issue no press release or other communications directly or indirectly and hold no press conference with respect to the Company, the condition, financial or otherwise, or the earnings, business, operations or prospects of any of them, or the offering of the Shares without the prior written consent of the Representatives unless in the judgment of the Company and its counsel, and after notification to the Representatives, such press release or communication is required by law.

Public Communications.
