Common use of PTO Scheduling Clause in Contracts

PTO Scheduling. a. To the extent possible, PTO is to be requested and approved by the bargaining unit employee’s supervisor in advance. Request for approval of PTO must be submitted to the supervisor at least two (2) working days prior to the first day of the leave. PTO will be scheduled on a first come basis and no bumping of PTO will be allowed.
