Common use of Psychiatrist Clause in Contracts

Psychiatrist. Psychiatrist" means a physician who either is certified by or is eligible for certification by the American Board of Psychiatry and Neurology or who has successfully completed an approved residency program in psychiatry and upon completion of post-residency requirements will become eligible for examination for such certification.
