PROVISIONS IN TERMS OF THE CONSUMER PROTECTION ACT, NO. 68 OF 2008 (“the CPA”) It is recorded that the provisions of the CPA and the associated protection afforded by it may be applicable to this Agreement and in this regard, should the CPA find application, the Parties’ attention are drawn to the various clauses contained in this Agreement which are for this purpose printed in bold.
