Provisions 3 Sample Clauses

Provisions 3. 4.1 through 3.4.3 take effect on September 1, 2017 and shall not be applied retroactively other than to permit unrecognized experience gained in the 2016-17 school year with a School Division being carried over for calculation of experience increments in the 2017-18 school year with that same School Division.
