Provisioning Conference. Seller and Customer shall hold a provisioning conference at a mutually agreed location and date (but no later than [***] months prior to the delivery of the first Aircraft to Customer) to discuss the initial provisioning of Seller Parts and Supplier Parts.
Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall attend a Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall provide a minimum of one production grade system for use at the conference. Disassembly of system, by the contractor, may be required during the conference to verify all provisioning documentation, parts and assemblies are accurate. Provisioning Conference. The contractor shall organize, attend, and contribute to the provisioning conferences outlined in the PSA Plan IAW SAE TA-STD-0017 Product Support Analysis, AR 700-18, Logistic Provisioning of US Army Equipment. The provisioning conferences shall be conducted at the contractor facilities for provisioning conferences. The Contractor shall provide or have readily available internet access, conference call capabilities, standard office supplies, and copier capabilities for Government use during a provisioning conference. The contractor shall send provisioning technical specialists to attend and provide data clarification to the Government during the course the provisioning conference. The contractor shall present the data, rationale, and supporting documentation to the Government team for each PLISN. The contractor shall incorporate guidance and comments and resubmit the updated information for Government approval. The contractor shall take meeting minutes to capture concerns, issues, and information exchanged. The contractor shall submit minutes IAW CDRL A002, Meeting Minutes. If the contractors data is not accurate or IAW AMC XXX 700-25 Logistics Guide to Provisioning, SAE GEIA-STD-0007 Logistics Product Data, and AR 700-18 Provisioning of US Army Equipment, the Government may cancel the provisioning conference. The contractor shall make corrections or changes identified by the Government prior to the next provisioning conference.
Provisioning Conference. The Government provisioning conference shall take place at the Contractor’s facility within a week of the Verification Conference. The number of line items reviewed shall determine conference length. The Contractor should schedule approximately five (5) business days per 400 line items on the Provisioning Parts List (PPL). The Contractor shall support the provisioning conference with a work area for the end item and office space with adequate worktables and chairs. Government personnel shall have access to copy machine, paper, and telephone. The Contractor shall have one complete Government approved configuration of the end item(s) and associated contracted items for the Government provisioning conference. The Contractor shall provide (if required) labor for setup, disassembly, or assembly of the end item(s) to the extent necessary to verify provisioning data. The Contractor shall provide a technical consultant(s) familiar with all aspects of the end item to provide logistics and engineering support to the Government. W911QY-05-D-0004 Page 18 of 51 C6 CONFIGURATION MANAGEMENT. The Contractor shall implement and maintain an internal configuration management program for the CK throughout the life of the contract. EIA649, ‘National Consensus Standard for Configuration Management’, may be used as a guide for the Contractor’s configuration management program. Provisioning Conference. The Contractor shall host a Provisioning Conference(s) following the Provisioning Guidance Conference at the location specified by the Government. The focus of the conference is to drill down the top level assembly to determine which level of maintenance for the Line Replaceable Unit (LRU) or maintenance tasks can be completed where and by whom. To that end the Contractor shall provide and disassemble production equipment as directed by the Government to validate and verify all provisioning documentation. The Contractor shall report all Conference Agenda and Conference Minutes using DI-ADMIN-81249A as a guide for the reporting requirements.

  • Conference Telephone Meetings Directors or members of any committee of the Board may participate in a meeting of the Board or such committee by means of conference telephone or similar communications equipment by means of which all persons participating in the meeting can hear each other, and such participation in a meeting shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Training a. The employer, in consultation with the local, shall be responsible for developing and implementing an ongoing harassment and sexual harassment awareness program for all employees. Where a program currently exists and meets the criteria listed in this agreement, such a program shall be deemed to satisfy the provisions of this article. Such participation shall constitute presence in person at such meeting.

  • Early Resolution Conference This Agreement is understood to be clear and enforceable as written and is executed by both parties on that basis. However, should Executive later challenge any provision as unclear, unenforceable or inapplicable to any competitive activity that Executive intends to engage in, Executive will first notify the Company in writing and meet with a Company representative and a neutral mediator (if the Company elects to retain one at its expense) to discuss resolution of any disputes between the parties. Executive will provide this notification at least fourteen (14) days before Executive engages in any activity on behalf of a Competing Business or engages in other activity that could foreseeably fall within a questioned restriction. The failure to comply with this requirement shall waive Executive’s right to challenge the reasonable scope, clarity, applicability, or enforceability of the Agreement and its restrictions at a later time. All rights of both parties will be preserved if the Early Resolution Conference requirement is complied with even if no agreement is reached in the conference.

  • Procedure for Discrepancies Agent shall follow its regular procedures to attempt to reconcile any discrepancies between the number of shares of Additional Common Stock that any Subscription Form may indicate are to be issued to a stockholder upon the exercise of the Rights and the number that the Record Stockholders List indicates may be issued to such stockholder. In any instance where Agent cannot reconcile such discrepancies by following such procedures, Agent will consult with Company for instructions as to the number of shares of Additional Common Stock, if any, Agent is authorized to issue. In the absence of such instructions, Agent is authorized not to issue any shares of Additional Common Stock to such stockholder and will return to the subscribing stockholder (at Agent’s option by either first class mail under a blanket surety bond or insurance protecting Agent and Company from losses or liabilities arising out of the non-receipt or non-delivery of the Subscription Form or by registered mail insured separately for the value of the applicable Rights) to such stockholder’s address as set forth in the Subscription Form, any Subscription Form delivered to Agent, any other documents delivered therewith and a letter explaining the reason for the return of such documents.

  • Scheduling i) The designated employer will provide the employee with their schedule of shifts in accordance with the collective agreement for both homes.
