Provision of Personal Information. 54.1. A staff member may wish to access leave or other flexible working arrangements in order to accommodate their personal, family and xxxxx’s circumstances in accordance with the procedures provided in this Agreement. The staff member must disclose sufficient information relevant to these circumstances to enable the University to determine whether there are good and sufficient reasons for the University to approve access to leave and flexible work arrangements.

H.I.S. will provide the name, gender, age, address, telephone number, email address, or passport No. to transportation and accommodation facilities, insurance companies, or souvenir shops within the scope necessary for arrangement and receipt of travel services applied for by the customer, for insurance procedures to insure H.I.S. against liability under the Travel Contract and expenses at the occurrence of an accident, and for convenience of shopping by the customer at souvenir shops at the destination of the travel, via transmission by electronic means, etc. When the customer applies for travel, H.I.S. shall receive the consent of the customer to the provision of personal data. H.I.S. will not provide personal information to a third party without the approval of the customer except for in the following cases:

Provision of Personal Information. ▪ 8.2.1 As a condition to using some aspects of the Services, you may be required to register with Snapee and select a password and user name (“Snapee User ID”). If you are accessing the Services through a Third Party Website or service, Snapee may require that your Snapee User ID be the same as your user name for such Third Party Website or service.
Provision of Personal Information. １）I agree to allow the CIE to share my personal information with my host university in order to administer the study abroad program. ２）I agree to allow Waseda University to receive my academic and/or other personal information from my host university for the purpose of the administration of the study abroad program and for my safety. ３）I agree that CIE or my school office share the necessary information with my guardian, without obtaining my consent, on the grounds of risk management or other purposes. ４）I understand that Waseda University may use the personal information I have submitted in order to contact me and to invite me to events and various briefing sessions held by Waseda University as someone who has experienced studying abroad.

If you are accessing the Services through a Third Party Website or service, mySGInsider may require that your mySGInsider User ID be the same as your username for such Third Party Website or service.

In order to advise you properly, we must obtain certain information from you about your financial and personal circumstances to assess the suitability of particular products and services. We will identify your investment objectives, preference for risk taking, capacity for loss, experience and knowledge in relation to financial transactions and we will confirm our recommendations to you in writing.

If You do not supply primary and secondary domain name servers, You agree that Backend Service Provider may point Your IDP Domain(s) to an IP address of Backend Service Provider' choosing until such time as You supply primary and secondary domain name servers.
