Common use of Provision of Information Clause in Contracts

Provision of Information. The Borrowers shall promptly provide the Agent and any shipbroker or expert acting under Clause 15.3 or 15.4 with any information which the Agent or the shipbroker or expert may request for the purposes of the valuation; and, if the Borrowers fail to provide the information by the date specified in the request, the valuation may be made on any basis and assumptions which the shipbroker or the Majority Lenders (or the expert appointed by them) consider prudent.

Provision of Information. Provision of Information. The Borrowers Each Borrower shall promptly provide the Agent and any shipbroker or expert acting under Clause 15.3 Clauses 15.2 or 15.4 with any information which the Agent or the shipbroker or expert may reasonably request for the purposes of the valuation; and, if the Borrowers fail that Borrower fails to provide the information by the date specified in the request, the valuation may be made on any basis and assumptions which the shipbroker or the Agent, acting on the instructions of the Majority Lenders Lenders, (or the expert appointed by them) consider prudent.

The Borrowers Borrower shall promptly provide the Agent Lender and any independent ship sale and purchase shipbroker or expert acting under Clause 15.3 or 15.4 14.4 with any information which the Agent Lender or the shipbroker or expert may request for the purposes of the valuationvaluation of a Ship; and, if the Borrowers fail Borrower fails to provide the information by the date specified in the within 3 Business Days following such request, the valuation of that Ship may be made on any basis and assumptions which the independent ship sale and purchase shipbroker or the Majority Lenders Lender (or the expert appointed by themit) consider considers prudent.
