Provision of Goods and Services. 3.1 The description, part numbers and/or specification of the Goods and/or Services shall be set out in our quotation or in our acknowledgement of the order. All drawings, descriptions, weights, dimensions and advertising issued by us (for example, in our catalogues or price lists) are issued to provide an approximate idea of the Goods and Services described in them and do not form part of the Agreement unless expressly stated in the Agreement or otherwise agreed to in writing by us.
Provision of Goods and Services. CMFG Life staff shall provide MLIC with certain administrative, logistic, accounting, legal, marketing, information and other services, and will directly or by procurement from third Parties, provide all goods and services MLIC requires to operate in the ordinary course of administering its business. CMFG Life shall provide MLIC with office space and use of office equipment in such amounts as MLIC shall require in the ordinary course of administering its business.
Provision of Goods and Services. The Supplier must provide all Goods and Services in accordance with the Contract. The Supplier must deliver the Goods or perform the Services in accordance with any location, timing and other instructions in the Order. The Supplier must keep IRT informed of any delays or other matters which may affect the delivery of Goods or provision or Services. Each delivery of Goods must be accompanied by a delivery advice quoting, as relevant, the Order number, description of the Goods supplied, item ID, part number and quantity delivered. Goods must be suitably packed with the minimum of packaging material so as to ensure the safe delivery, using environmentally friendly packaging material where practicable. IRT may, at any time before delivery, change or cancel all or part of the Order by giving the Supplier notice. If, prior to receiving notice from IRT, the Supplier has incurred expense in arranging for the provision of Goods or Services, IRT agrees to reimburse the Supplier for the reasonable and demonstrable direct costs legitimately incurred by the Supplier in relation to the Goods or Services, provided the Supplier mitigates any such costs. Risk of loss of or damage to Goods passes to IRT upon delivery unless the Order includes installation of Goods in which case risk of loss of or damage to those Goods passes upon completion of installation. Clear and complete title to Goods, free of any encumbrances, will pass to IRT on the earlier of acceptance of, or payment for, the Goods.

Provision of Goods and Services. Under a cooperative management agreement, the Sec- retary may acquire from and provide to a State or local government agency goods and services to be used by the Secretary and the State or local governmental agency in the cooperative management of land.

Sharp shall provide the goods and services set forth in the applicable Quote or other written agreement in accordance with the specifications and with these Terms and Conditions. Xxxxx’x liability for failure to comply with the Agreement, and Manufacturer’s sole remedy, shall be, at Sharp’s discretion, to replace or repair the goods and services not in conformity with the Agreement, in which case any non-conforming goods shall be returned to Sharp’s facilities for the purpose of replacement or repair. Manufacturer shall give Sharp written notice of rejection of goods or services that fail to meet the specifications, or breaches Sharp’s warranties, covenants, and obligations under this Agreement, within 30 days of delivery. Sharp, at its sole cost and expense, shall provide Manufacturer with any missing quantities and replace as soon as commercially reasonable packaging for any non-conforming packaged products and Manufacturer, at its sole cost and expense, shall replace applicable products and components for such non- conforming packaged products. Any claim of non-conforming goods or services must be made in writing to Sharp within the 30 day period set forth above or it shall be deemed to have been waived by Manufacturer. The obligation of Sharp set forth above to repair or replace non-conforming goods or services shall be Manufacturer’s sole and exclusive remedy for non- conforming goods or services
Provision of Goods and Services. The Contractor hereby agrees to ________________, (“Goods” and “Services”) described in Exhibit A in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Contract Documents. No aspect of the Goods and Services shall be deemed complete until it is accepted by the using County department (“Department”).
