Common use of Provision of Data Clause in Contracts

Provision of Data. The CONTRACTOR shall be under an obligation to provide all data pertaining to Works and Power System for 5 years to <IMPLEMENTING AGENCY/EXPERT PSU>, inter alia, about PV array energy production, solar irradiance, wind speed, temperature, etc. The customer/beneficiary as such will allow the CONTRACTOR to install a data logging system for power system monitoring.
