Provision for Rate Change Clause Samples

Provision for Rate Change i. El Dorado shall notify Admitting County in writing within fifteen (15) days of the adoption of the change in Published Rate pursuant to the provisions contained in this Agreement under Article XV, “Notice to Parties.” ii. The changed County Published Rate, plus the administrative fee, shall apply to any services performed thirty (30) days after the date of adoption of the rate change.
