Provincial Agreement. 2.01 The terms and conditions of the Provincial Collective Agreement between the Employer Bargaining Agency - Lapourers' and the Labourers' International Union of North America and the Labqurers' International Union of North America, Ontario Provincial District Council binding upon Local 527, effective from May 1, 2019 until April 30, 2022 includirag the Local Union Schedules for Local 527 - Ottawa are incorporated into and form part of this Agreement and shall apply to all work covered by this Agreement subject to the provisions set out below.

(d) An Employer shall not enter into a contract, sub-contract or transfer of work covered by this Agreement without prior consent from the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada or Local Union, with any Employer who is in arrears for any contributions, deductions or remittances required by this Agreement and shall be confirmed in writing by the Brick and Allied Craft Union of Canada or the Local Union.
