PROVIDER NETWORK ACCESS FEE. Central Reserve shall pay a fee to Administrator for access to Medical Mutual of Ohio's Ohio Provider Networks. The access fee shall be determined as follows: 1. Central Reserve shall pay Administrator fifty percent (50%) of "Savings" generated in excess of twenty two and one half percent (22.5%).
