Prototyping and Demonstration Documentation. Any prototyping or demonstrations shall be completely defined and documented by the Contractor with copies provided to TerreStar. The results of the prototyping and demonstrations shall be documented in a report and summary data shall be presented at the PDR. TerreStar shall have the right to be present at any S-BSS performance demonstrations or simulations.
