Protest Procedures for Proposal Requirements. Any and all complaints regarding this solicitation must be presented in writing no less than seven (7) calendar days prior to the proposal due date, as identified in Section 2.4. The City will address all timely submitted protests within a reasonable time following the City’s receipt of the protest and will issue a written decision to the protesting Proposer.
