Common use of Protective Agreement Clause in Contracts

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Paragraph 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties agree that the noncompetition and non- solicitation periods as set forth under Paragraphs 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicable.

Protective Agreement. The Executive acknowledges and agrees that he shall continue to be bound by the terms and conditions of Paragraph Section 4 of the Employment Agreement, the terms of which are incorporated herein by reference; provided, that the parties agree that the noncompetition and non- non-solicitation periods as set forth under Paragraphs Sections 4(c) and (d) of the Employment Agreement shall be applicableapplicable for a period of one year following the Separation Date.
