Protection Plan. Is a detailed plan of actions to be taken by identified individuals in order to ensure the vulnerable adult is protected from further abuse or harm Safeguarding Adults Procedures – Multi-agency procedures for implementing protection arrangements to prevent harm and for overseeing and undertaking investigations into allegations of abuse or neglect of adults at risk of harm or vulnerable adults. Safeguarding Manager – Is the person responsible for co-ordinating investigation. In some areas of the country this role is referred to as the Safeguarding Coordinator.
