Protection of Purchasers. No purchaser or other person dealing with the Security Agent or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Security Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Security Agent or such Receiver in such dealings.

No purchaser or other person dealing with the Collateral Agent or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Collateral Agent or such Receiver in such dealings.

No purchaser or other person dealing with the Chargee or its delegate shall be bound to see or inquire whether the right of the Chargee to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with notice to the contrary, or be concerned to see whether the delegation by the Chargee pursuant to the terms of this Charge shall have lapsed for any reason or been revoked.

No purchaser or other person dealing with the Security Trustee or any Receiver shall be bound to inquire whether the right of the Security Trustee or such Receiver to exercise any of its powers has arisen or become exercisable or be concerned with any propriety or regularity on the part of the Security Trustee or such Receiver in such dealings.

Any sale or other dealing by the Collateral Agent or its delegate or any Receiver of or with the Charged Property and any part thereof shall be deemed to be within the power of the person effecting the same and the receipt by such person of the purchase or other moneys connected therewith shall effectively discharge the purchaser or other party to such dealing who shall not be concerned with the manner of application of the proceeds of sale or other dealing or be in any way answerable therefor.
Protection of Purchasers. 14.1 No purchaser from, or other person dealing with, the Mortgagee or any Receiver shall be concerned to enquire whether any of the powers which the Mortgagee has exercised or purported to exercise has arisen or become exercisable, or whether this Mortgage has become enforceable, or whether a Receiver has been validly appointed, or whether any event or cause has happened to authorise the Mortgagee or a Receiver to act or as to the propriety or validity of the exercise or purported exercise of any such power, and the title of such a purchaser and the position of such a person shall not be impeachable by reference to any of those matters.
Protection of Purchasers. 18.1 Consideration The receipt of consideration by the Collateral Agent or any Receiver shall be conclusive discharge to a purchaser and, in making any sale or disposal of any of the Charged Property or making any acquisition, the Collateral Agent or any Receiver may do so for such consideration, in such manner and on such terms as it thinks fit (acting in good faith).

No purchaser of property purporting to be released under this Agreement shall be bound to ascertain the authority of the Agent and the Creditors to execute any documents effecting such release, or to inquire as to any facts required by the provisions of this Agreement to exist as a condition to the proper exercise of such authority.
