Common use of Protection of Collateral Clause in Contracts

Protection of Collateral. The Borrower, or the Services Provider on behalf of and at the expense of the Borrower, shall from time to time execute and deliver all such supplements and amendments hereto and file or authorize the filing of all such UCC-1 financing statements, continuation statements, instruments of further assurance and other instruments, and shall take such other action as may be necessary or advisable or desirable to secure the rights and remedies of the Lenders hereunder and to:
