Common use of Prospective Tenants Clause in Contracts

Prospective Tenants. At any time during the last twelve (12) months of the Term (or earlier if Tenant has notified Landlord in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours to show the Premises to prospective tenants.

At any time during the last twelve (12) months of the Term (or earlier if Tenant has notified Landlord in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) upon reasonable prior notice to Tenant (which may be verbal or by email), or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours to show the Premises to prospective tenants.

At any time during the last twelve (12) months of the Term (or earlier if Tenant has notified Landlord in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours upon reasonable (not less than forty-eight (48) hours) prior notice to show the Premises to prospective tenants.

At any time during the last twelve twenty-four (1224) months of the Term (or earlier if Tenant has notified Landlord in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, upon reasonable advance written notice to Tenant to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours to show the Premises to prospective tenants.

At any time during the last twelve six (126) months of the Term (or earlier if Tenant has notified Landlord in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours and upon reasonable advance notice to show the Premises to prospective tenants.
