Common use of Prospective Lessees Clause in Contracts

Prospective Lessees. At any time during the last three (3) months of the Term (or earlier if Lessee has notified Lessor in writing that it does not desire to renew the Term) or at any time following the occurrence of an Event of Default, to enter the Premises at all reasonable hours to show the Premises to prospective tenants upon twenty-four (24) hours prior written notice.
