Prosecution and Maintenance. CyDex shall maintain, at its sole cost and expense and using reasonable discretion, the Licensed Patents set forth on Exhibit A. CyDex shall have the sole right to control the prosecution and maintenance of patent applications and the selection of countries where patent applications are filed related to the Licensed Patents.
